What happens if the bike breaks down?

If the bike breaks down we will give you a replacement bike so you can get back on the road in no time.

We handle all the regular maintenance and repairs for free.

What is the range on a single charge?

Thanks to the big batteries our rental bikes have a range of up to 100 km on a single charge.

The range depends on the terrain, assistance level and rider weight.

What do I need to rent a bike?
