Did you buy a new bike or e-bike?

After the first 150–200 kilometres or two months of riding (whichever comes first), your bike is entitled to a free first service at Batronik.
This quick but important check ensures that all components work perfectly – safely, precisely, and without unnecessary wear – for many kilometres ahead.

If you haven’t reached that distance, we recommend doing the first service no later than three months after purchase.

During the first rides, every new bike goes through what’s called a break-in period.
Parts such as cables, brakes, and wheels naturally settle into position and may loosen slightly.
The first service allows our mechanics to fine-tune everything again, which helps:

When to Schedule Your First Service

• we recommend after 150–200 km of riding, or after 2 months from purchase
• No later than 3 months after purchase – after that, the standard service rate applies
